Macular Degeneration has become one of the leading causes of blindness in the elderly. Many people are unaware that they may be experiencing symptoms of macular degeneration or that they may have several risks associated with macular degeneration. With a wealth of resources available throughout the Internet, it is impossible to keep track of the many resources available. Several sites offer mailing lists but the problem is that many of the conversations become mashed, and mixed, leaving no true record of what was being discussed. This has now changed. Macular Degeneration Support Canada is announcing the availability of an online discussion forum dedicated to Macular Degeneration.
